Initial Mobile Massage Therapy Appointment
Description
For New Patients that have not previously completed intake information, or those who have not had an appointment within the last 12 months. Links for applicable intake forms will be emailed, to be completed before appointment. Please check your junk/spam folder. Appointment takes place in the patient's home. Total appointment times include an extra 30 minutes to account for 15 minutes to set up and 15 minutes to process billing, payment and pack up.
